Pradeep Trikha, born in New Delhi, was educated at Ghaziabad. Worked for M.Phil in English Literature (which included a dissertation on The Narrative Poetry of Thomas Hardy), at the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and also worked on The Short Fiction of Frank Moorhouse for Ph.D. He has been teaching and conducting research at the department of English, Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. He also pursued his passion for traditional Rajathani paintings and landscapes as and when he got time.
